Some Blocks can’t be modified using REFEDIT command or Edit Block In – place in AutoCAD
Causes:
Image reference is used at the root level of the block.
Solution:
To be able to edit this kind of block in-place, try one of the following:
- Place the images inside child blocks (sub-blocks) of the main, parent block. In this way, you can use REFEDIT on the parent block.
- Use Block Editor to modify the block.
