How to FIX The Ribbon does not have any tabs or panels currently loaded?
Solution: CUIUNLOAD command
Do step by step as follows:
Step 1: CUIUNLOAD > Enter
Step 2: Click Brown > Select file “acad” > Click Load
Step 3: Click Close to finish
